What are the different models of spy cam?
I am not looking to buy a spy cam but rather to do a sweep of my own house to see if some sort of hidden camera is there. There has been some recent happenings in my life that make me believe that someone is spying on me. Can anyone tell me if there is a device that I can buy that will let me do a sweep for any spy cams?
Yes there is. You need a bug sweeping device that can detect RF signals as well as IR lasers as you don't know the where or how the information is being transmitted. There is a device called the S26 that combines both RF signal detection and IR laser detection into one unit. This unit will let you detect wired or wireless hidden cameras or spy cams, audio bugs, and any listening or transmitting devices. It will pick up anything that transmits from 1 MHz to 6.5 GHz, this includes covert cameras, UHF and VHF bands as well as GSM car tracking devices. The IR laser detection will help filter unwanted noise and locate for you where the bug is quickly.

Cameras will usually be located outside your house like across the street or in a car parked in front of your house. Look for listening devices like speakers, termosensors and laser.
