I Saw This Come Up In a Court Record Search: AFFID MARRIAGE – What Does It Mean?

26 February 2010 No Comment

Love the court record search info I got through this website guys, thanks! I have a question. In doing a court record search, I came across a line that reads "AFFID MARRIAGE". It was listed on a document filed with the county clerk's office. What does this mean? Thanks.

This means there is an out of state child custody determination pending in this marraige.
