Can I get court records on a person by their name? I'd like to know if there is a way to do this on the Internet. I don't want to have to go to the court house. Thanks.
Yes. You can do this here: http://www.detectiveu.com/publicrecords/

Yes
Yeah, you can do a variety of legal background checks online anywhere from $15 and up.
For a free method, try and Google the persons name (might not work though).
You need to know the county that they were arrested in and Google that county jail (polk county arrest records) and then search for that person online. You can see their mug shot, their bail and what they were charged with.
You can find out through public record what that person was charged with, but you can't get access to their actual police records. A person's criminal record is public, but as far as the actual police record in detail you're not able to access that.
