		<description>lots of new cars have this from the factory.  i think onstar can even do this if you can prove you&#039;re the owner of the car.  there are aftermarket systems available that usually install under the seat that allow people to track their vehicles online.  they&#039;re not always popular because most people don&#039;t want people to be able to see where they&#039;re at or where they went or even how fast they&#039;re going.</description>

		<description>Have one in my car (although I don&#039;t believe it&#039;s tied into the engine... it might be... idk). Doesn&#039;t cost that much and they recover the car (on average) 15 minutes after being notified.</description>
