The TRX-20 Telephone Record Unit attaches a tape recorder to both single or multi-line telephones and is compatible with all modular type telephones. The unit is installed in a matter of minutes by merely "plugging" in the unit.
It plugs into the same jack as the headset and not the main line. The sound quality is as good as the phone receiver and it is easy to use with a laptop computer.
